Meet your instructor
I come from a long line of athletes, with my father excelling in track, boxing, and football. Naturally, I was drawn to health and fitness. Through my studies of Islam, I noticed that the health and fitness practices of our Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) and his companions are often overlooked, despite their significance. I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2013, but my journey in guiding others toward better health started when I was just 16. Helping others improve their lives brings me immense joy, and I believe that aiding people in living a balanced, healthy life is one of the best ways to serve humanity. My training approach is deeply influenced by my studies in anatomy, physiology, and sports medicine, as well as the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). As Muslims, we are called to maintain balance in all aspects of our lives, and I strive to embody this principle in my work. We pray to our Creator for strength, put in the work, and then thank Him for the blessing of good health, repeating this process as a path to personal and spiritual growth.
